Virtual FlashCards 2 Maximizes Study EfficiencyFor Immediate ReleaseContact: Jonathan Palley jpalley@virtualflashcards.com http://www.virtualflashcards.com Sacramento, California -- Alai Productions announces the release of Virtual FlashCards Version 2, a PC-based program designed to maximize study time and enhance memorization. Easily create and organize multimedia FlashCards, and then create "smart" study sessions to quickly and effortlessly memorize material. Virtual FlashCards also includes an integrated online flashcard swapping system, multiple print options and in depth statistics. With Version 2, almost anything can be studied, as flashcards can now be text, pictures (with "answer" regions), and sounds. Instead of making cards, save time by using the integrated online "collection" to download and share flashcards. Then, create optimized study sessions by manually selecting cards to study, or allow Virtual FlashCards to "smartly" cull and sort the flashcards to study automatically. Advanced study options track card-by-card progress, providing in depth statistics, as well as showing unknown cards - more often. Study options include an "incremental" study session that slowly increments the number of cards being studied, as well as a "historical" study session that calculates the frequency to show a flashcard by how often it was historically answered wrong. Version 2 also includes a "count as correct" button stopping an accidental typo from affecting statistics, and a screen to flip through flashcards. Flashcards can be printed and sorted in a variety of formats - from lists to two sided cards. Virtual FlashCards also provides the ability to import flashcards from lists and exports to Microsoft Excel®. Easily import sounds and pictures into flashcards or draw pictures and record sounds right in the program. The popular online collection of flashcards is now integrated into the program, allowing one click download and upload of flashcards. Individual flashcards can be automatically selected to print based on a variety of criteria, such as percent answered wrong. All these features are accessible through an easy to use, completely skinable, user interface.
