As a priority customer, you have several options to receive support. Note that not all of these will be available at any given time.
TO RECEIVE A RESPONSE THROUGH ANY PRIORITY SUPPORT OPTIONS, YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR REGISTRATION NUMBER IN THE FIRST MESSAGE YOU SEND.

- Email priority support - We guarantee a personal response within 48 hours or you will get a refund of your purchase price up to $21.95.
